Rachel is a psychologist who works with children, adolescents, and adults. She supports clients experiencing difficulties associated with trauma, life transitions, perinatal/post-natal concerns, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and stress. Rachel uses evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing. She takes an empathetic, practical, and collaborative approach to therapy, supporting clients to build insight, skills, and resilience. Rachel offers both face-to-face and telehealth appointments.
Rachel has previously worked in public mental health, foster care, palliative care services, as well as for local government and not-for-profit sectors.
