BA (Psych) (Hons), ANZAED Eating Disorder Credential

Maddy works with adolescents and adults. She supports clients experiencing anxiety, depression, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), physical health concerns (e.g., chronic pain and injuries), sporting/performance-related difficulties, mild eating disorders, sleep difficulties, and life stage transitions. Maddy draws on evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Eating Disorders, mindfulness-based approaches, and Motivational Interviewing. She takes a compassionate, strengths-based approach and tailors therapy to each client's goals. Maddy offers telehealth and walk-and-talk therapy options.

Maddy has previously worked at Melbourne Victory, Australian Football League (AFL) Players Association, Hawthorn and Collingwood Football Clubs, Headspace, and Royal Children's Hospital.
